Chakras, by definition, are energy centers within the human body that help to regulate all its processes, from organ function to the immune system and emotions.  Chakra healing is very important for both our physical body and our spiritual body.  There are 3 keys to chakra healing: Opening the chakras, Balancing of the chakras and Healing techniques.  The opening of the chakras allows the energy to flow freely.  Balancing the chakras create a harmonious and sustainable flow of the energy through the body.  The process of healing chakras is aimed at influencing how the energy moves throughout all of the chakras. If you are still not familiar with Chakras. It is known to many as a way for you to connect with your inner self. I know that it's a it odd to hear, but I am pretty sure that chakra will let you connect and talk to your inner self. Though some people who have tried it and failed to achieve what are the benefits they are supposed to achieve, then perhaps, it is a case to case basis that we need to understand! Most of the time, it is heavily associated with healing.
