Learning how to make your own kefir and creme fraich sounds good to me. Fermeting and its process could be stressful, that's why I am hoping that people would be eager enough to know the process. I am sure that it's going to take some time, but it will be a better idea for sure. We need to know more skills, especially with the food that we prepare. Fermenting food should always be part of the special skills that you know and you'll ben prod of yourself.
