fermented foods class - March 25th

We had such a great turn out at our last fermented foods class, were doing another one!!  This class we will be doing sauerkraut and slaws.
Join us on Saturday, March 25th at 10am to learn how to ferment your own foods.  The art of fermentation appeals to our personal and fundamental well-being.  Fermented foods are a great source for a probiotic that assists in the healing of the digestive system, they give you the ability to help absorb nutrients better, they are budget friendly, and it is fun and easy....and tastes good too!

I missed those days when we used to ferment a lot of food when I was still a high school student! We do that a lot of times during our home economics subject and I consider it as my favorite subject. You could have posted the photos of the food your fermented so we could have seen the results of your efforts. It's best when you do it with your friends as you learn something new altogether. By the way, I am looking forward for the next blog you'll come up to!
