When I read the word "fermented", I couldn't help but reminisce those days wherein we were tasked to ferment fishes as our high school project. It was my favorite subject back then, that's why I will never forget those hay days that I had. Fermenting food is never easy! That's why you need to learn the actual process first before you say that you already know how to do it. It may be hard, but it's fun especially if you see it as a way of getting out of your comfort zone!
